But when you feel like you’re struggling to remember all the things on your to-do list, or you walk into a room and forget why you’re there, you start to realize how important it is to keep your mind healthy as you go through your life.
So this week we’re talking about brain health and including some easy things every mama can do to take care of her mind — everything from fun little brain exercises to brain food to smartphone apps that promote a sharp mind.
