This week in our Mamas on Magic 107.9 segments, we’re talking about things you just never seem to have enough of. We know that most busy moms would say TIME is at the top of that list!
We found some interesting tips on Oprah.com about how to add seven hours to your day. Yes, you read that right. The idea is to make better use of your time and you’ll be able to “add” hours.
- Make good use of waiting — at a doctor’s appointment or a kids’ sports practice, for example.
- Zoom through work at that time of day when you always feel more energetic. But first, turn off technology so you won’t be interrupted.
- Write it down. Make a list of things you need to do. Constantly recalling everything you need to do keeps you from getting other things done. If you write it down, you won’t have to waste mental energy trying to remember what you needed to do today.
