This week in our Mamas on Magic 107.9 segment we’re talking about kids and various school-related topics. And when you think about school, you always think about tests. There are the pop quizzes (no time to prepare!) and then there are those BIG tests.
Today we shared 5 tips to help kids remain calm and carry on during those big test days.
The tips included getting enough sleep (the right amount of rest can make your kid 3 times more likely to figure out a difficult problem on a math test), not cramming for a test (you should listen to the segment to see why this is a bad idea) and popping a peppermint right before the test.
