Pizza and Passes Giveaway!

If you like movies, food and free stuff, you’re gonna love this week’s giveaway. We’ve got FOUR movie 
passes and a $30 gift certificate to eat at Guido’s Pizza. You could use this prize to take the whole family out for a little summer fun, or you could get a babysitter and go out with another couple for a casual date night.
We really wanted to make this giveaway something that anyone could really use and enjoy, so we’ve arranged it so that the four movie passes will work at ANY Malco theatre location. And the Guido’s gift certificate will work at any Guido’s Pizza location. So with locations in Fayetteville, Springdale, Tontitown and Rogers, this ought to work for almost anybody living in Northwest Arkansas. And with all the money you’ll save on movie passes and pizza, you’ll have plenty of cash to get a little candy at the concession stand. (Raisinets, anyone?)
The passes don’t expire so you’ll get to pick the day and time that work best for you. But just promise us this one thing: If you win the giveaway, GO OUT AND USE IT! You’d be shocked at how often we hear about people who have won cool things but then don’t use the gift certificates! C’mon, now. Yes, we know how busy moms are because we are mamas, too. But life is too short to waste free pizza and movie passes just because you’re schedule is kinda hectic. Sometimes we moms are guilty of the “all work and no play” thing, so this would be a great excuse to take a break and enjoy what’s left of summer. Take your kids and/or your friends to dinner and a movie (for FREE)! We insist!

The last great movie I saw was Up. It was heartwarming and fun and sad and happy. I left with a smile on my face.

I agree with Lynette that the last great movie I saw was “Up”. I hate to categorize “The Hangover” as a great movie, but it WAS a guilty pleasure!
I can’t think of the last movie I saw in the theater, but I watched Music and Lyrics on TV this weekend and had forgot what a cute movie it is! I can’t get the song out of my head.
Last week a great friend of mine who also cries at movies invited me to see My Sisters Keeper. I knew i would cry just based on the previews. I really enjoyed it. As a mother I really identified with this movie. There were parts in the movie when I said oh my gosh, she is only 14ish and her mother is letting her date, and do other things her mom allowed in the movie. However, Even knowing the ending and figuring out the twist to the movie early, I really enjoyed it. If your are a crier you should defiantly pick up a lot of napkins when you buy your popcorn!!!
Last movie I saw was Hangover & it was hilarious! I would love to take the family to Guido’s, that is our absolute favorite pizza place!!! Then the family could go to a movie afterwards….what a great night that would be!
We just watched “I am Legend” this weekend. Great movie…not kid friendly though.
I can’t remember the last movie I saw in the theater. Our family love the movie Transformers and we would like to watch Transformers no.2 in the theater. I think it would be so much fun. It looks like it has more action than the first one, and of course a lot more robots.
My 5 yr. old and I went on a date to the new Ice Age 3-D movie. He really enjoyed it and wants to see it again! The one thing that I like most about that movie is the time spent with my big boy w/o having to chase down my 2 yr. old.
Garden State (via Netflix) was quirky and funny. Although, it is one that needs to be followed be something a little more chipper.
I can’t remember the last movie I saw at the theatre. My husband usually takes the older 2 kids to the movies and I stay home with the babes. We love guidos pizza though and there’s one only 5 minutes from our house!!
The only movie I’ve seen recently that is still in the theaters is “The Proposal” with Sandra Bullock. It was a nice chick flick. Totally predictable, but in a good, entertaining way.
We don’t get out much, so my last favorite movie was “Slumdog Millionaire,” which we saw last fall, before all the awards came out. Like so many others, I thought it was great!

I know better than to take my husband to a chick flick, so haven’t seen one of those in awhile, but the last thriller we saw was “Traitor” with Don Cheadle. We loved the twists and turns and have friends in many of the places in the movie. A lot like “Syriana” and “Spy Game”, we like movies that make us think, but also have a lot of explosions.
Up- I took both of my children. We had a wonderful time. We now would like to see the Ice Age movie.
The last movie I saw and really like was Wall-E. I loved the message and thought the animation was fabulous. It is on my list to buy for my son when he is a little older! He is too young to understand that conservation is the key to saving the Earth, but he did yell “Robot” and “Wall-E” throughout the entire thing!
The last good movie we saw was the Chronicles of Naria, the same day my son was born.
Slumdog Millionare! Borrowed from a friend and watched on a date night! It was awesome! Definitely not kid friendly! A story that really puts life into perspective. And when you think you don’t have much going for yourself, you can watch that movie and be greatful for every small thing you have in your life! Pick me:)
The last movie I watched was “Up” with my family. It’s a great movie for the whole family to enjoy… It’s so cute and funny with a little bit of sad. Great movie and highly recommend everyone to watch!! Guidos + Movie Night = FUN-FUN!!!
I haven’t seen a movie in a theater with my husband in so long I don’t even remember what it was. I did go to the theater with my daughter not to long ago and saw Space Chimps. She loved the movie and I loved just spending some one on one time with her. She loved that she got popcorn and a Sprite! I loved that she loved it!
How much fun this would be, a double date and best food “group” ever PIZZA!
Summer & motherlode are the bomb.
We went to see the recent Star Trek movie and the best thing about it for me was taking my four-year-old son and watching him watch the movie. He and I shared a jumbo popcorn, and I had to refill it mostly because HE was eating it all!
We really enjoyed UP a great movie for the whole family. Guido’s is one of my family’s favorite places to eat.
The last movie I went to see was “The Proposal”. It was the first time in a long time that I went to movie theater with just girlfriends. We loved that the movie was a chick flick,predictable, and funny. The best part of the movie was laughing with friends and not having to worry about anyone but me for a change!!
The last movie I went to see was probably Night at the Museum (the first one). It was a girls night out and I really enjoyed getting to laugh with friends, to something other than Spongebob. But my son is almost four and I am looking forward to soon taking him to his first Big Screen Movie. He’s never been to the theater.
Some of my mama friends and I went to see “My Sister’s Keeper.” We boo-hooed through the movie and laughed at each other while we did.
The last great movie I saw - not including childrens movies - was Mama Mia. Saw the live production in Las Vegas and the Movie was ten times better! Thinking it was all the beautiful scenery!!! Greek Islands rule!
I watch too many movies to say what the last really “great” movie I saw was. I’ll just say my favorite is “The Quiet Man” with John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara. I love the romance, comedy, and actors in the movie. John Wayne in that movie always makes me think of my father.
The last great movie I watched was “Seven Pounds”. I was also the most emotional movie I have seen in like forever!
There is nothing better than pizza and movies….the two were just made for each other :o)
We recently watched “Defiance” starring Daniel Craig. I thought it was wonderful. Triumph in the face of adversity!
I love to go to the movies, but the last one I saw at the theater was Wild Hogs (right after my second child was born.) We now have three kids - and I could really use a date night with my hubby! Wild Hogs was a fun movie.
My husband and I took out 3 1/2 year old daughter to see Ice Age 3 for our anniversary. We all had a wonderful time. I am planning on seeing Harry Potter this weekend, I love going to the movies.
Last movie I went to was The Proposal. I totally recommend it. It was just downright funny!
I went with a girlfriend to watch the proposal. Loved it.
My husband and I were able to get a babysitter for the 1st time since the birth of my daughter in January. We were so excited that we got to see Transformers since we LOVED the 1st one.
It would really be great to win this. Since we are only on one income this would be a huge treat!!

The last great movie I saw in theater’s was “Get Smart”. It was hilarious, I loved that you could laugh until you snorted and not feel bad for it because everyone else in the theater was doing the same thing.

The last good movie I saw was The Dark Knight. Though dark and disturbing at times, it was a well-done movie.
I liked the proposal, because I saw it with my mom and dad and we laughed all the way through it…we all needed a great laugh at the time.

We hardly ever go to the movies, because we just can’t spend the money. So, the last time we went to the theater was almost 2 years ago, and we only went then because someone gave us some gift certificates for Christmas! It would be so much fun to win this so we could take our daughter to her first movie, and we love Guido’s!
My son and I saw UP. It was a sweet, touching and moving movie. I would recommend it to anyone, and you may even cry.

The last movie I saw was Seven Pounds and I really enjoyed it, it was touching and interesting. I’ve only seen 2 movies in the theater since my now almost 5 year old was born…and they were both kids movies.

The last ‘adult’ movie I saw in the theater was Sex in the City. It was nice b/c there weren’t any kids asking to be taken to the bathroom 4 or 5 times!

The last really good (Funny!) movie we saw was The Hangover. We really needed a laugh, too, because my husband and I were caretakers for his terminally ill mother. It was a great distraction. We love to see movies and really love to eat at Guido’s, so this would be a perfect date night for a couple of tired parents. Thanks!!
