Yes, we do love a little celebrity gossip but we also know it’s not cool to do something we teach our kids NOT to do. It’s never okay to indulge in stuff meant to humiliate or hurt another person. That’s why we came up with the concept of “Good Gossip,” which is celeb news minus any mean stuff. Have as much as you want and share it with your celeb-loving friends because this “dish” is all guilt-free.
Actress Katherine Heigl and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, just welcomed a new baby into the family. Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. was born on December 20, 2016, weighing in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces. He joins two big sisters, Naleigh (who is 8) and Adalaide (who is 4). The couple’s first two children are adopted, and Katherine said she has been reading a book to them called Why Was I Adopted? – the same book her own mother once read to her older sister, Meg, who is also adopted. She said “My mother used to say this, too: It doesn’t matter how they come into your life; the moment they put that child into your arms — whether you just [gave birth] or whether they just arrived from Korea — they’re yours.” Katherine said that breastfeeding was a little complicated in the beginning, “but when it starts to work, it’s sweet, nurturing and kind of beautiful.” Congrats to the growing family. Attention Bachelor fans: Ben Higgins, who got engaged to Lauren Bushnell on Season 20 of the show, said one of his favorite relationship books is one called The Zimzum of Love: A New Way of Understanding Marriage, by Rob and Kristen Bell. He said it’s a great way to spark conversations “about the things we could work on, while bringing to light the beautiful aspects of our relationship.” For a Valentine’s Day gift, he suggested a bottle of massage oil from Bath & Body Works that is called “Stress Relief” and is scented with eucalyptus and spearmint. He said, “After any physical event or tiring week, giving her a massage takes all the stresses away.”
We can tell that actress Leslie Mann is our kind of people. In a recent interview with People magazine, she said that she dances around the house with her kids all the time. “I’m like the Elaine from Seinfeld dancer. I think I’m a good dancer, and I am not a good dancer. But I get really into it and have a great time.” When asked about her last moment of bliss, she said “I laid in bed and ate Top Ramen. I eat it out of the pan I cook it in because I don’t want to dirty a bowl and clean the dishes. And I watched Ghost Hunters. Doesn’t that sound perfect?” (Yep. It kinda does.)
Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez recently won a People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Actress in a TV Crime Drama” for her work in the show Shades of Blue. When asked how she balances her career while raising her twins, she kept it real and honest: “I have a lot of help… I don’t claim to be Superwoman and do it all by myself.”
