What is it like being married to a meteorologist?  Well, the upside of being married to a meteorologist is that I never have to watch the news to know what I should wear. I am also usually prepared in advance for severe weather. The bad side of being married to a meteorologist is that whenever there is severe weather, I’m always alone taking care of the kids during the storms!

What are some of your favorite NWA spots to play? My children’s favorite places are Fun City Pizza, Fast Lane and Boingo Bounce. My favorite place is at home relaxing in my Jacuzzi tub while reading a good book.

What’s one movie you could watch over and over again? I can’t possibly name just one!  Some of my favorites are Steel Magnolias, Christmas Vacation, Family Man, Father of the Bride and right now my family is hooked on Dolphin Tale. We watch it almost every family movie night!

What’s playing on your iPOD right now?  Mostly upbeat music because I listen to my iPOD when working out. My eclectic taste includes Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Zac Brown Band and anything Adele sings.

What are some of your favorite traditions with your kids? One of our traditions we do on a daily basis is go around the dinner table and each person says what their favorite and least favorite part of their day was.  This is a great way to start up a conversation and to discuss things that are important to each other.

Do you have any fun Spring Break plans?  We will probably just go to Silver Dollar City for a few days over Spring Break. We have a big trip planned for Disney World this summer.

What are your favorite hobbies? My favorite things to do are spend time with my family and friends, travel, Pilates, Bible studies and read books.

What’s something your friends might not know about you? Wow, I’m pretty much an open book to my close friends. Probably that I would like to have my own business at some point and that I am a trivia whiz. Also, I once lived in a haunted house and because of that experience, I would do about anything to be on an episode of Ghost Hunters!

What title would you choose today for your autobiography? Laughing Makes it all Better or “Jenny’s World” I like it here…People know me.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? I absolutely LOVE Italy. It’s one of the most beautiful and romantic places I’ve ever been. The food is amazing and every day would be like living in a postcard.

What’s something you have always wanted to learn? I would like to learn another language, either Italian or French.  And, I’ve been evolving more every year on my culinary skills. That is a constant learning process.

What are three things you always have with you? I never leave home without my phone, sunglasses and chapstick.

What would your ideal day look like? My ideal day would be vacationing in Barbados with my family and relaxing on the beach all day.  For fun we would go snorkeling with sea turtles and boating. Then at night we would dine on fresh seafood. What could be better?

One word to sum me up?.….Genuine
